Virdi AC-F100 Biometric Access Control fingerprint terminal Machine
The AC-F100 (SMARTi) is a SOHO/SMME/Residential Access Control fingerprint terminal. It contains ViRDI’s patented live & fake fingerprint detection, a 1.3mp camera, four capacitive function buttons, Wiegand (Out) and RS-485 Secure Transmission Protocol (STP) communication and Wi-Fi communication for management. It can communicate with an Android or iOS mobile device via a Peer-to-Peer connection in AP mode, to a network via Wi-Fi to be managed with UNIS Access Control and Template Management Software or via DDNS for remote access from an Android or iOS mobile device. The AC-F100 has no Wiegand inputs, I/O inputs, locks relays or door status inputs. Instead it utilises the BLC-015 single door controller.

Fake Finger Detection
Defence against clever intrusion.
Security is only as good as the intelligence of the sensor. Virdi’s patented optical sensor and algorithm detect fake fingerprints reproduced on paper, film, silicone and rubber. It will be futile to try to fool the Virdi fingerprint scanner.
Built-in Digital Camera
Additional visual verification.
Besides authenticating fingerprints, the Virdi AC-F100 fingerprint scanner comes with a built-in digital camera that snaps a photo of the person who is seeking entry. The photo, which will be sent to your designated smartphone, can serve as a visual verification to ensure the person is indeed who he or she claims to be.
